Project Description:
The Dream Tower Project is a state-of-the-art, 27-storey residential tower which stands at 120 m – the third tallest in Limassol – and totals 8 thousand square meters of residential apartments space. The Dream Tower Project consists of a reinforced concrete core with a steel structure perimeter.
Our Role:
YNB Consulting is appointed as the Health and Safety Coordinator (Construction Phase) for the construction of the Dream Tower Project located along the Limassol Seafront. YNB Consulting supports the Project Main Contractor with a full time H&S Engineer, who is assigned as a minimum with the following roles and responsibilities:
- Monitors and controls H&S matters related with the project team members, contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that the project is in compliance with the project requirements i.e., specification, safety code and other policies / guidelines related to the project.
- Ensure the project is executed in compliance with H&S Management Plan, H&S Management Procedures, H&S Audits and Inspections procedures and any other H&S related documents.
- Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative control measures.
- Review existing policies and control measures and updates according to legislation.
- Inspects the site premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity.
- Accident and incident investigation and reporting.
