Client: Domoplus Developers Ltd
Project: 14 storey commercial building
Domoplus Developers Ltd applied for a planning permit to erect a commercial development of 14 floors with main use the rental and / or sale of offices on Kyriakou Matsi Street, in the Municipality of Nicosia.
The need for the proposed development arised from the ever-increasing market demand for new workplaces, offices and commercial activities within Nicosia centre. Kyriakou Matsi Street is an ideal location for the proposed development as it is located in a central area of Nicosia, where in recent years there has been increased commercial activity and therefore the need for new commercial development.
Domoplus Developers appointed YNB Consulting to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the proposed development. Our team focused on the likely significant effects of the development on the urban environment and worked closely with the design team to improve the building’s sustainability.
